CPSR, PIF AND CPNP NOTIFICATION OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS
We prepare the documentation required for the lawful placing of cosmetic products on the EU market: safety assessment, PIF documentation, label review and CPNP notification.
Before a cosmetic product is placed on the market, appropriate documentation must be prepared and the product must be notified in the CPNP portal.

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?
CPSR – Cosmetic Product Safety Report
We prepare a cosmetic product safety assessment in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. We review the composition, toxicological data, exposure, ingredient restrictions and conditions of safe use.
PIF documentation
We prepare or review the Product Information File, which must be available to the competent authorities. The PIF includes the product description, CPSR, manufacturing information, evidence supporting product claims and supporting documentation for raw materials.
CPNP notification
Before placing the cosmetic product on the market, we notify it in the European CPNP portal. We arrange the entry of product data, responsible person details, composition, packaging and labelling information.
Label and labelling review
We review the INCI list of ingredients, warnings, instructions for use, responsible person details, expiry date, batch number, claims and language requirements for the Slovenian market.
Responsible person
We help you fulfil the obligations of the responsible person for cosmetic products in the EU or, by agreement, we can take over this role for you.

2. We review the documentation
We check whether the information is sufficient and let you know what is still missing.
3. We prepare the documentation
We prepare the CPSR, PIF, labelling review and, if required, the CPNP notification.
