CPNP – product notification
We enter the required information about the product, responsible person, formulation, packaging and labelling in the European CPNP portal.
Label and labelling review
We check the INCI ingredient list, warnings, instructions, responsible person details, durability information, batch identification, claims and language requirements.
EU Responsible Person
Following a product and documentation review and written appointment, we can take on the EU Responsible Person role for your cosmetic products by agreement.
Documentation before market launch
The core legal framework is set by Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. Before market launch, the safety assessment, PIF and CPNP notification must be in place, together with compliant labelling and an EU responsible person.
CPNP is a product notification, not a safety certificate or marketing authorisation. We review your obligations based on your product and your role.
